Little Richard
Little Richard began as a reverend who enjoyed singing rock and roll outside of the church but has turned into one of history’s greatest rock and roll singers. With songs such as “Tutti Frutti,” “Lucille,” and “Long Tall Sally” Little Richard was a pioneer in rock and roll music. He influenced generations after him with his mixture of rock and rhythm and blues. As one of the first of seven inductees into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Little Richard early music was fun, exciting and funky. Listening to him on vinyl now is just as great.
