    ReLoad is American heavy metal band Metallica’s seventh studio album. It was released in 1997 as a sequel or counterpart to its previous album Load. The album was a major commercial success for the band and has sold over 4 million copies in the US. It contains a mix of standard heavy metal fare such as “Fuel” and “Devil’s Dance”, along with a few experimental tracks like “Low Man’s Lyric” and the haunting “The Memory Remains”. ReLoad, which was the last of Metallica’s blues-influenced records, marks the beginning of a six year hiatus for the band during which they would not release a studio album.
