December’s Children
The Rolling Stones’ December’s Children album was released originally in December 1965 and featured the popular songs “Get Off Of My Cloud, I’m Free, As Tears Go By, and Route 66.” It was the fifth US album by the band and was recorded in a matter of days just a few months before release. The December’s Children (And Everybody’s) release also included songs recorded as early as 1963. The album reached number 4 on the charts in the US. The recording was remastered and released in CD form in 2002 by ABKCO Records. It was originally released on the London record label and produced by Andrew Loog Oldham.
