    Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band was the 8th studio album released by the Beatles.  It made its UK debut in June, 1967 on one day, and then next in the US.  Most critics consider Sgt. Pepper to be the Beatles greatest musical work, and also one of the most influential albums of all time.  In fact, Rolling Stone magazine has also ranked it as the greatest album of all time.  It also made use of innovative recording and sound techniques which hadn’t been tried up until that time.  The list of great songs on Sgt.
