Abbey Road
Abbey Road was the 11th UK and 17th US album released by the Beatles. It made its appearance in the US in October, 1969 and the month before that, in the UK. This album actually was the final set of song recordings made by the Beatles as a group, although it was the second-to-last of their albums to be released before they broke up in 1970. Abbey Road was also one of the most successful albums ever by one of the most successful groups ever, hitting Number 1 on both US and UK album and singles charts.
