Human Touch
Trying something new for his millions of fans, Bruce Springsteen released his album “Human Touch” in 1992 in conjunction with the album “Lucky Town” which was also released on the same day. The album “Human Touch” which contained songs such as “With Every Wish” and “Roll of the Dice” was not as commercially successful as his previous two albums but it still managed to rise to #2 on the Billboard 200 and the title track made it to #1 on the Rock Tracks Chart. Completely devoid of the E Street Band with the exception of Roy Bittan it was a relatively new sound for Springsteen. It is a much happier album than the previous one and really just embraced the pop music of the early 1990’s. Fun, and uplifting, this album may not be his best selling but it is definitely worth listening to especially if you need an uplifting and enjoyable album.
