    Star Wars is one of the most popular series of movies ever made. “The Music of Star Wars” consists of the scores written for all six Star Wars films with compositions mostly by John Williams between the years of 1977 and 1983, and from 1999 to 2005. The score uses an eclectic variety of musical styles such as romantic idiom, contemporaries, classical, and so much more. Many of the later scores are quite progressive and are considered some of his best works. The soundtrack to Star Wars is credited as the beginning of a revival of grand symphonic scores and sounds excellent on vinyl. With scores such as “Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace” all the way through “Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi” the entire Stars Wars series is worth hearing on vinyl.
