Tone Loc
Tone Loc is a famed hip hop artist most known for his 1989 album “Loc-ed After Dark.” With songs like “Wild Thing” and “Funky Cold Medina” Tone Loc was the first African American hip hop artist to have a number one album on the Billboard charts. Tone Loc has also made several appearances on television, and in movies, such as “Ace Ventura: Pet Detective”. Still heard today on the radio, Tone Loc’s deep raspy voice still makes you sing along when heard on vinyl.
