    The Chemical Brothers are an English electronic music duo that gained popularity in the mid ‘90s for their exhilarating, bombastic sound. Along with the Prodigy and the Crystal Method, they helped pioneer the big-beat genre, and tracks like “Setting Sun” and “Block Rockin’ Beats” off their breakout 1997 album, Dig Your Own Hole, made a huge impact in the States. Their innovative, unpredictable juxtapositions and heavily distorted samples and effects are a rush on vinyl.
