    • The Little Willies

    Featuring singer/pianist Norah Jones – well known for her jazz-pop solo work – co-vocalist Richard Julian, guitarist Jim Campilongo, bassist Lee Alexander, and drummer Dan Rieser, this country cover band formed in 2003 to play a show at the Living Room in New York City. What began as an excuse for a group of friends to make music together turned out to be too good for a one-off gig, and three years later the Little Willies released their self-titled debut. Another album, For the Good Times, followed in 2012. Covering their favorite country songs with a lot of love and a jazz-inflected twist, the Little Willies are especially warm and inviting on vinyl.
