Louis Jordan
Known as “The King of the Jukebox,” Louis Jordan was a pioneer in jazz, blues and rhythm and blues. Combining his songwriting and bandleader abilities with that he was very popular during his career. Recording such big hits like “Choo Choo Ch’Boogie” and “Caldonia” Louis Jordan had an energetic presence that is electrifying on vinyl. He had many honors bestowed upon him such as being ranked #56 by Rolling Stone Magazine on their list of 100 Greatest Artists of All Time.
