Jackson Browne
Jackson Browne, an American rock singer and songwriter was one of the lead singers in the late 1960’s and 1970’s, mainly for his introspective lyrics that were considered “confessional.” With intensely personal artistry that was based mainly on social change and justice, Jackson Browne was given an honorary Doctorate of Music and was also inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004. His compelling melodies and honest music are moving when heard on vinyl. With albums like “Running on Empty” which was his largest commercial success, Jackson Browne will always be remembered as a singer who tried to change the world.
